Provide all the information requested. That especially applies to your GradSift profile. Work experience and interests don’t need to be career related. Sports, fitness, blogging, a hobby restoring old cars, personal carer or home duties. They’re all experiences that are valued. So make sure to include your experience for work and interests.

If an employer asks you to select role preferences, add a personal video or upload documents like a resume, just do it. It helps you by giving them a more balanced picture of your background.

Employers use GradSift for different types of roles. Some won't require post-high school qualifications or even work experience (for example, an apprenticeship). So don't worry if that's you. Employers change the way they use GradSift depending on the role and what they're looking for.
