How Does GradSift Work?

GradSift is the leading shortlisting platform for high volume recruitment. It delivers an integrated assessment that looks at an applicant's overall background using ai to interpret education, work experiences (career and non-career related), interests and achievements, and indicators of behavioural skills. 

Employers set their selection criteria and preferences, which will vary depending upon the type of role. They view the applicant results and can narrow the shortlist by applying additional filters.

Some employers may ask applicants to include a self-recorded video of about sixty seconds. It's a "showcase" video where the applicant presents at their best and the employer gets a sense of who the person is. Note, the video is assessed by the employer. No ai is involved.
