How Does GradSift Work for Applicants?

GradSift is an integrated assessment that looks at your overall background. Education, work experiences (career and non-career related), interests and achievements, and indicators of behavioural skills. 

Some employers may ask you to include a short self-recorded video. That's intended for you to showcase who you are in around sixty seconds. They get to see you as a person!

By looking at all of your attributes it means an employer has a much more balanced view of you. They don't need to put you through multiple assessments, so it's simpler for both you and the employer.
