Email Applicants with GradSift Instructions
You can edit your email instructions accordingly. Here is a suggestion if you have already received applications from advertising and you're now directing applicants to GradSift.
Congratulations. We would like to progress you to the next stage of our selection process.
We use GradSift, for an integrated assessment of your background. It gives us a more balanced view of what you’ve done across your education, work experiences and interests.
Please go to [INSERT YOUR GRADSIFTEXTRA EMPLOYER URL] and create an Applicant Profile. It takes no more than 10 minutes to complete. It provides us with information about you through drop-down box selections. You will be asked for a PROGRAM CODE which is [INSERT PROGRAM CODE].

Additionally we ask you to
- Select role preferences
- Answer some screening questions
- Upload your resume (and be sure to link it to our program)
- Add a short 60 seconds video, with an introduction, one or two key achievements and why you'd like a career with us. Details of how to do that are explained under the support ? icon after you're logged in to www.gradsiftextra.com.au. Just type VIDEO.
If you already have a GradSift profile, login at [INSERT YOUR GRADSIFTEXTRA EMPLOYER URL] and add our Program Code [INSERT PROGRAM CODE] under the Program tab. Complete the other steps and link your resume.
The closing date for you to complete this is [TIME, DD/MM/YYYY]. Applicants who don’t complete their profile by the closing date will not be eligible to continue in the selection process.
