If your account is locked it automatically resets at 03:00 (3am AET). If you need urgent access you can email support@gradsift.com or call (61 2) 8188 2516.

Accounts are locked for security reasons after three unsuccessful log in attempts. If you can't recall your password, use the forgotten password function.
