View Search Profile Results
Click the "Magnifying Glass" icon from the Search Profile page. GradSift displays and ranks all applicants who meet the criteria you selected.
The results in coloured horizontal bars are a visual representation of their education, work experiences (career and non-career related) and extra-curricular interests. It gives you an instant overview of their strengths.
If video has been added you can optionally add a rating.
View their documents if uploaded.
You can also optionally apply an applicant status number.
Optional Filters
You can apply any of the filters to refine the results.
Create a Shortlist
Check the box (far left handside) of each applicant to add to the shortlist. Then select SAVE.
To remove an applicant check the box again (blank) and SAVE.
If an applicant does not have a resume uploaded, SAVE the applicant to the shortlist then select DOWNLOAD RESUME EXTRACT. This downloads a one page resume style PDF of the applicant's background. This is based on the data they added in GradSift.
Select VIEW SHORTLIST and this provides a summary of your shortlisted applicants.
View Shortlist
In this mode you can download a spreadsheet (DOWNLOAD CSV) of your shortlisted applicant data.
You can also use the email function for those applicants.
Hiring Manager View Function
Note, some employers use the optional Hiring Manager View function. The recruiter using GradSift can screen and shortlist applicants but let managers decide who they want to interview.
Hiring Managers are given separate portal access where they can view the shortlist provided by the recruiter. However, the hiring manager can apply further filters to refine the shortlist to what they want.
Hiring Managers only see the SAVED SHORTLIST applicants.
