Email Function

GradSift provides an optional email function with emails sent from NoReply@gradsiftextra.com.

To use the email function from the Programs page select the "Mail" icon.

There are three available email templates. PROCEED, NO, OTHER. Create your content for each template.

Note, you must have content in all three templates for the email function to work. Even it it's 'Test' in the templates that you're not using.

You must type in the content i.e you cannot copy and paste.

You can send emails from the Program page 'Person' icon. Or from the Search Profile 'View Shortlist'.

Select the template and who to email. There is a limit of 100 emails at a time.
