Preferences

An employer can create any number of preferences allowing applicants to select their top three. They're useful when there are multiple roles and/or locations. Applicants apply to a single GradSift program and you use Preferences to align applicant interests.

There is no restriction of now Preferences are used. Examples include:

• Role eg. Mechanical Engineering
• Location eg. Rockhampton
• Role and Location eg. Mechanical Engineering, Rockhampton.

Preferences must be completed before applications open. They cannot be changed after the program opens.
