View Search Profile Results

Applicant results are displayed for educational background, work experiences and extra-curricular achievements. This is based on applicants who meet your search profile selection criteria and GradSift’s algorithm that assesses applicant behavioural indicators (leadership, teamwork, initiative), performance and job fit.

Note, GradSift values both career and non-career related experiences. There is no AI applied to videos.

You can view an applicant’s video. Create a rating. View their documents and add an Applicant Status. (Make sure to SAVE).   

Download Resume Extract

If an applicant has not uploaded a resume, check the box for that candidate(s), SAVE and then select Resume Extract. This allows you to preview or download a one page resume style summary of the applicants GradSift data.

Optional Filters

You can filter the results using the optional filters.

Note: The Employer filter includes all employers your pool of applicants listed in their GradSift profiles. This is useful to find applicants who have worked at key competitors or your own organisation.

Preferences

Filter by first preference, second or any (i.e. all three preferences). Depending upon the number of applicants you need to shortlist, you may filter on first preference only. Or if you need more applicants, filter on any of their three preferences.

Screening Questions

Screening Questions filter on an individual questions. If you select multiple questions the filtering logic is: Q1 response AND Q2response AND Q3 response etc.

Add to Shortlist

You add applicants to a shortlist by checking the box and selecting SAVE. You can uncheck and SAVE to remove.
