Email Function

GradSift’s email function has three templates. Proceed, Not Proceed and Other.

Select SHOW the template. Type in text for the email title, content and signature. Note, you cannot copy and paste content due to font conflict between different software applications. Avoid using special characters. SAVE.

Then you can preview the email from Show Template.

The email function needs all three Templates to be completed. (Yes, it’s a quirk we will resolve).

If you don’t have content for all three, simply add “test”to the title, content and signature and SAVE.

If you received an error message trying to SEND an email, it means an email template likely includes an invalid character. Please check and edit. If you need help email support@gradsift.com
