Cannot Save Profile

You've added or edited your GradSift profile but the profile does not save.

1. Mandatory fields have not been completed. Make sure you have made selections for all fields under Personal Information and Education. Grade is a common omission by applicants with a non-graded course. Under Employment History if you added an Employer you need to make selections for each of the fields.

Extra-curricular History, myEquals and Optional sections can be left blank.

Preferred browsers are Chrome and Safari which will highlight the required fields.

2. Invalid Character. If you've used a special character in the employer name eg. cafĂ© or a hyphen etc, please remove and it should save.

3. Still Not Saving. Go to the Education section of your profile. Under current or most recent degree, you should see the row University followed by Discipline. See example below.

If your profile does not display Discipline, it's a known bug (being resolved) that affects 0.1% of applicants. To resolve you will need to do the following.

From the top menu bar select REMOVE ACCOUNT. This will delete all of your GradSift information. You will need to sign up again as a new user. You can re-use your username and email. Add the employer ID code and re-enter your data to create your GradSift profile. Save. It will work.

Note, if you have more than one employer program added under My Programs, each employer ID code needs to be added. If a program is already closed, please contact support@gradsift.com for alternative action.
