That includes academic performance, achievements, work experience (career and non-career related), extra-curriculars and more. It gives employers control over information and flexibility to make better decisions.

Unlike other ai tools, GradSift does not rely on interpreting words from a resume or assessing personal expressions in a video. Nor do we use psychometric assessments. GradSift collects your data from drop-down selections. The terminologies are neutral and it enables a consistent assessment of all applicants.
