What is GradSift?

GradSift is a fairer way for employers to screen their graduate and intern applicants. 

Employers receive thousands of applications to their student and graduate programs. Think about the time it takes to review every application. It's a big effort. That's why employers have traditionally focused on a smaller number of schools to limit applicant numbers. 
But that's not fair to students from outside those schools. It's also limited employer ability to bring greater diversity to their entry-level programs.
That's where GradSift comes in. GradSift is purpose-built for college recruitment. It uses ai to replicate how an experienced recruiter assesses a student's background. That includes academic performance, achievements, work experience (career and non-career related), extra-curriculars and more. It gives employers control over information and flexibility to make better decisions.
Unlike other ai tools, GradSift does not rely on interpreting words from a resume or assessing personal expressions in a video. Nor do we use psychometric assessments. GradSift collects your data from drop-down selections. The terminologies are neutral and it enables a consistent assessment of all applicants.
