How Does GradSift Work?
GradSift is designed to give Hiring Managers easy access to pre-vetted and qualified graduates or interns, who are looking for professional employment.
When you log in to the platform you will see there are pre-defined or default role profiles.
Select the role profile you're interested in and create your own copy by cliciking the double window icon.
Depending on the Programs;s configuration, you can refine the results by selecting the location of your role(s). Eg. Cairns, Brisbane North etc. You will then see a ranked listing of all students who meet the criteria for that role AND are either in that location or are willing to relocate there.
To refine the results further you can use optional filters like Student Role Preferences, Current/Previous Employer and more.
You can view candidate documents and watch their recorded video to finalise who you want to interview.
Finally, download the contact details of your shortlist and you're ready to connect with them directly.
