What Are Role Profiles?

Default role profiles are pre-set and based on students possessing the minimum background to be considered for that role. For example, for a student to meet the criteria for a Software Engineering it's most likely they have completed a Computer Science or Software Engineering degree.

For some default role profiles like a Business Analyst, the background of eligible students could be broad. It could include Technology related degrees, Business and Science and more.

GradSift's algorithm will assess a student's full background, degree discipline(s), grades, uni attended, work experiences (career and non-career related) and extra-curricular activities to rank students who meet the criteria for a default role profile.
