Student Role Preferences

You can filter search profile results by student preferences. 

Students nominate up to three role preferences. You can filter based on their first preferece, second or any of their three preferences.

If you cannot find suitable candidates, take a look at another role profile, similar to your position.

It's common for students to still be interested in a role despite not listing it as a preference.
