Employer Programs Page
Create a Program automatically generates a program code. Applicants use this to share their profile, documents, video etc with that employer.
FUNCTIONS:
Magnifying Glass: Takes you to Search Profile where you set the selection criteria for each role.
Pencil: Lets you set up and edit program details. Note some requirements need to be set before applicants apply.
Double Windows: Displays the URL for your program. This is shared with applicants.
Right Turn: Optional. You can add text to the auto email that applicants receive after completing their details. For example, if you require applicants to add a resume and transcripts, you can add the text “Please make sure you have added your transcripts in addition to your resume”
Green Bars: Analytics function.
Spreadsheet: Downloads details of all program applicants.
Mail: Create and edit email templates.
Person: Display of all applicants. Email function. Comments box (not viewed in Hiring Manager function).
Add Logo: From the top menu bar next to the employer name.
Note: You can see how the landing page looks, after adding your logo and any additional text by pasting the URL from the Double Windows icon into your browser.
